Rigid box production
We develop the structure that gives a packaging collection its shape and presence. This department brings together board preparation, wrapping and assembly to create presentation boxes around the product, its arrangement and the intended opening experience.

Leather craftsmanship
Careful handwork gives a presentation piece its distinctive character. Leather wrapping and detailed edge finishing are coordinated with the box structure and selected accessories, creating a tactile finish for luxury packaging and bespoke pieces.

Wood & CNC
Woodworking combines structural fabrication with precision CNC cutting. We translate the design into wooden components, recesses and fitted pieces, then bring them together into boxes, trays and display structures. The material and finish are selected around the design and intended use.

Acrylic fabrication
Clear, coloured and layered acrylic creates a versatile language for product presentation. Cutting, fabrication and assembly turn sheets into stands, dividers and display elements, with dimensions and proportions developed around the products they hold.

Metal fabrication
Metal brings strength and refined detail to custom manufacturing. Cutting and forming are coordinated with assembly and powder coating to produce components that complement wood, acrylic and leather, or stand alone as finished presentation pieces.

Printing & finishing
The final surface details connect the packaging to the brand. Digital printing is coordinated with the chosen materials and artwork, followed by finishing and assembly checks. This stage brings graphics, colour and physical construction together into a cohesive collection.

التجليد والأعمال الجلدية

النجارة وCNC الخشب
يجمع القسم بين تصنيع الهياكل الخشبية ودقة التشغيل باستخدام CNC. نُحوّل التصميم إلى مكوّنات وقوالب وتجويفات وقطع متطابقة، ثم نجمعها في علب وصوانٍ ووحدات عرض. ويتم اختيار الخامة والتشطيب بما يتناسب مع التصميم وطبيعة الاستخدام.

تصنيع الأكريليك
يوفّر الأكريليك الشفاف والملوّن إمكانيات متنوعة لعرض المنتجات. ومن خلال القص والتشكيل والتجميع، تتحول الألواح إلى حوامل وفواصل ووحدات تقديم. وتُحدّد الأبعاد والتناسبات وفقًا للمنتج وطريقة عرضه، مع الاهتمام بنظافة الحواف والمظهر النهائي.

تشكيل وتشطيب المعادن
تضيف المعادن المتانة والتفاصيل المميزة إلى أعمال التصنيع الخاصة. يشمل القسم القص والتشكيل والتجميع والتشطيب بالبودرة، لإنتاج مكوّنات تتكامل مع الخشب والأكريليك والجلد، أو قطع تقديم مستقلة وفقًا لمتطلبات التصميم.

الطباعة والتشطيب النهائي
